Well really it is how I feel. Giving Sofia her IV medication 4 times a day, every 6 hours at 7am, 1pm, 7pm and 1am (yes 1am) is really taking it's toll on me. I can function on little sleep which really isn't the problem...the problem is that I sleep for a few hours get interrupted to give the medication (which takes a little over an hour and I have to stay up while it is being administered) and then go back to sleep only to be woken up in a few hours. I really have been dragging @$$ the past few days...and she needs the medication until Wednesday. It is going to be a long week, that's for sure.
But in all reality this schedule sure beats being in the hospital and I am proud to say that I can add IV medication administration to my list of skills.
Sofia has once again shown what a trooper she is with another 2 week stay in the hospital. She really is an amazing little girl and I am so proud of her. She makes me want to be the best mom in the world for her...and I hope she thinks I am.
Well Miss Madison has woken up from her nap so back to the grind people...catch you on the flip side.
You are an amazing mommy! I honestly don't know how you do it all...and still stay so smiley :)
