Construction!

We started the sunroom remodel in November!  We needed to get the roof fixed and have also been wanting to remodel the sunroom...so we figured we would do it all at once!  They have made a ton of progress since they started on November 14th...here are a few of the highlighted pictures tracking the process....

There was lead in the old stucco, so they had to remove it all!  This opening you see if where there was a sliding glass door attached to the master bedroom...now it is a solid wall.

Windows are in...french doors are getting installed today!

Right now they are installing the french doors, and getting ready for stucco.  We hopefully will get an inspection tomorrow so that they can do the stucco next week...it is really coming along nicely!  We can't wait for it to be completed!
