Sofia

Well I thought I would post a few pictures of miss Sofia at PT and while here AMAZING teacher Heidi is here...

Sofia goes to PT twice a week and it really helps her.  Her therapists are so wonderful and I don't know where Sofia would be without their help!

Sofia had really made progress even though she had a horrible summer in the hospital and having lots of tummy issues we re working through...she continuously amazes me with how amazing she is!

Sofia's tacher, Heidi, comes out to the house twice a week as well and works on various activities...from switch operated toys, arts and crafts and singing songs.  We are so very lucky to have the team we do for Sofia...each person involved in her care and development are wonderful!
